Open IIS manager

Right click Application Pools and click new – application pool.

Right click Websites and click new – website.

Click Next.

Input the site name, typically the domain name and click Next.

Input the domain name into the host header field and click next.

Browse to the folder created earlier and click next.

Tick ‘read’ and ‘run scripts’ then click next.

Click finish.

Back within IIS manager, right click the new site and select properties.
